Chamak — “har din chamak”, shine every day — is the skin store run by PingMeDoc HealthTech Private Limited, the company behind PingMeDoc's online doctor consultations and a licensed pharmacy in Chennai. It puts the two halves of skin care in one place: the treatments a skin doctor prescribes for acne, pigmentation, fungal infections, eczema and hair loss, and the everyday cleansers, sunscreens, moisturisers and serums that keep skin well between consults.
How prescription items work
You add the treatment and pay. One of our online doctors calls you, checks it suits you and issues the prescription, and our pharmacy dispenses it. If the doctor decides it is not right for you, the order is refunded in full. No prescription upload, no form — a phone call.
What we sell, and what we don't
Topical skin, scalp and hair products only — creams, gels, lotions, washes, shampoos, powders and sprays. We do not sell tablets, capsules or injections here, and we do not sell Schedule X or H1 medicines online at all.
