Delivered in 2–3 days in metro cities. Dispatch from Chennai; tracked courier across India.
Where we deliver
We ship to every serviceable pincode in India through our courier partners. Payment is online.
Timelines
Metro cities (Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Kolkata): delivered within 2–3 days of your order.
Everywhere else, orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are packed the same day and usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Rest of Tamil Nadu and South India: 2–5 days after dispatch. Rest of India: 4–8 days.
A few brands we carry in depth are ordered in for you when our shelf is empty. The product page says “Ordered in for you” on those packs; they are dispatched in 2–4 days, then delivered as above.
Prescription items are dispatched only after the doctor's call and prescription; the call usually happens the same working day you pay.
Festivals, strikes, weather and courier capacity can delay delivery; we will tell you if an order slips.
Heat-sensitive products
Creams, gels and serums are packed to avoid direct sun. In peak summer some items may ship with a cold pack; if a product arrives melted or separated, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Charges and tracking
The delivery fee, if any, is shown in the cart before payment and depends on pincode and parcel weight. You receive the courier name, AWB number and a tracking link on WhatsApp and email when the parcel leaves us.
